EXPLANATION: This week for our TOW Program (Team Of the Week), was a close call to choose. All teams have stepped up and are finding ways to compete more amongst each other. By having clients provide positive feedback, to challenging one another on our company's "Core Values" and enforcing them to be noticed.

However, it was Anibal Gallardo and Charlie Gallardo who closed the lead at the end. By finishing the week with 6 positive accommodation from our clients, as well as having their route completed 100% for the week without 1 fail delivery and 92% pre-packaged prior to unload! These guys continue to lead as a great example on our "Consistency Value" and developing on "Commitment " towards our client's needs.

Saturday we had some snow and the roads were pretty bad, the team finished the route with no issues. EXPLANATION: It is with great pleasure that I am awarding the team of the week award for Market 67 to Johnny Londono and Yasniel Perez.

They did the impossible last Tuesday. One of our delivery teams did not show up at 5 am that morning. Felix asked these men to drive up to Boston and work for the week. They dropped everything and drove up here. Despite tremendous traffic issues they arrived here at 1:35 that afternoon. In less than an hour they loaded up a route and were off the door. They arrived at their first stop at 3:15 and delivered 6 stops that day. They protected FGO's reputation and took care of RH's clients, despite the late start. Their hard work and results are the definition of FGO's core value of commitment. Within 30 seconds of meeting them I knew this was the right team to take care of this route. They were professional, moved quickly, had the proper uniform, and did not waste any time.

They delivered a route in CT on Wednesday and a Cape route on Thursday with no issues, one client was a not at home. In addition they communicated with the warehouse in Avanel for me, and made sure this market's returns from Thursday got back up here to Massachusetts for Tuesday morning.
