EXPLANATION: This week for our TOW Program (Team Of the Week), goes to Robert Enriquez and Reinaldo Cruz.

As I was away, only being able to oversee from a distance on how we managed our ERI account, Robert and Reinaldo had stepped up and made sure that all ran well. All the teams know what's expected and know the needs of our client. But they stood out by ensuring that our process gets executed flawlessly daily.

Reinaldo completed routes with different teams as needed, as Robert made sure to focus on our company's "Core Values" and help manage all of our clients needs (setting himself as the go to guy).

This team demonstrated on how our Core Value of Consistency is applied to our business!
