It is with great pleasure that I am awarding the team of the week award for Market 67 to Jose Escobar and Rennan Hernandez.
Last week they worked Monday through Saturday and delivered 23 stops and 70 pieces. Their completion rate was 100%. In addition they volunteered to work on Monday December 5th to do an install in Charlestown, MA.
At this stop on Monday they actually had to hoist a piece of furniture through a second story window to get the job done.
This was rewarded with a compliment from the Boston Gallery.
In addition this team got three more complimentary emails (that we know of) from clients that they serviced throughout the week. This prompted Fred to write a letter in which he stated, "Jose Escobar and Rennan Hernandez made very positive impressions on three different customers, in a one week period. This FGO team went out of their way to provide the customers with the greatest possible service, to even include the offer to shovel the walk. The impact of their actions resulted in the customers felling compelled to recognize how Jose and Rennan made them feel. Amazing!"

They double check their lines each day to ensure they go out with the proper pieces, and question things that may not work for their customers with myself and the dump staff daily.
