EXPLANATION: These two have done it again.
These men take pride in their work, and it shows on every delivery. Each customer is left completely satisfied with their delivery and this team makes sure of it. Jose and Cesar are always the first team to show up on the dock and are ready to work from the moment they walk in the door: returns, check their lines, wrap and go.
They double check their lines each day to ensure they go out with the proper pieces, and question things that may not work for their customers with myself and the dump staff daily. Customers are always willing to recommend this delivery team each time, and they have even been requested to come back on future deliveries!
All in all, an easy choice this week for us at The Dump.
