EXPLANATION: For team of the week in RH Tampa we chose Eddie and Christopher. They had several difficult delivery days last week and went to assist another team on the only day they would have finished early. They had a delivery for a client that we deliver to almost weekly. This client has had a delivery from every one of our delivery teams, but has requested only Eddie and Christopher be put on his deliveries going forward. The team went above and beyond to delight this client, placing and assembling multiple items that were in the garage.

EXPLANATION: This week for the Team of the Week, we have awarded SSY Trucking.
This contractor has been on time for work each day this week, on time (even early!) on their routes this week, have been electing to take the longest/heaviest route intentionally to ensure things are done on time and efficiently. 

When we had an emergency route coverage situation, this contractor was able to make things happen and make sure they could cover the route for our client. Customers are pleased with their performance each week, Dispatch Track compliance is a non-issue, uniforms are perfect everyday and no claims for the week.

EXPLANATION: Team of the week for RH Tampa is Luis Pacheco and Cesar Tio. Luis and Cesar took the lead for a large install on Tuesday. It was an order from the Chicago gallery, the gallery associates that were on site had said it was the best install that they had seen. The team continued the trend of standing out from their peers on Wednesday and Thursday, their routes were the largest route those days and the team was able to stay in their window even with a blown tire that took time to get repaired.

That is the goal of every delivery team here at FGO for every day, every week, every month. EXPLANATION:Rudy and Jose were one of a few teams in Atlanta this week that were 100%. What made this team stand out, other than their usual excellent service, was the feedback via voicemail we received from a VIP delivery to a Hollywood actor. This was a difficult delivery to an old historic building in downtown Atlanta. The custom items would not fit in the freight elevator so the teams had to push the items up four floors in the parking garage to make it happen. The voicemail we received was lengthy and gushing with praise on how they were blown away with the level of service Rudy and Jose provided. Great Job Guys!
