EXPLANATION: Last week Fredy and Alex went above and beyond to delight their clients. They displayed consistency and commitment by working around clients availablity to complete deliveries. Every day they came with a positive aditude and made sure they left every client delighted. They experienced three go backs, two large deliveries going to the third floor and did it all with a smile.
