This team has exceeded on FGO "Core Values " and has demonstrated to be leaders among our group of "Contractors".. the "Core Value of Commitment ". Rufino for the past 2 weeks took it upon himself to recruit, train and develop new personal while one of our contractors was out on personal leave. He made sure that they were compliant in uniform and all aspects of our company expectations! Also exceeded on positive feedback received from our client for the week.

I am proud and amazed at his effort and have witnessed the respect he has towards our client's needs.
