EXPLANATION:

This week for our TOW Program (Team Of the Week), goes to Lawrence and Johan. Not only have they made it a point for our client and service locations to recognize them on performance, but even amongst their peers.

Last week, due to minor incident (that could've been worse); Lawrence was left to put his truck out of service and for repair. As is custom at FGO "We team up and finish the route!" With every contractors help, our clients route was completed 100%. However, Lawrence and Johan made it a point to stay at the Depot to make sure that they helped every truck unload and did not leave until the last truck was back. The other teams were amazed to see them there supporting and demonstrating LEADERSHIP!

For this reason, along with many others. I am glad and grateful to have the as our Team Of the Week!
