EXPLANATION:
This week this team has earned the title of Team of the Week at The Dump.
They have consistently been first team on the dock each morning - arriving promptly at 5:30am and ready to work. Their product knowlege has grown so much and they are able to deliver all product to the customers without any issues.
They picked up the SOP at The Dump and come in with their returns paperwork ready to hand in, place any returns they have in the designated areas without issues and head straigh to their designated routes.
They also helped us out in a bind for Thanksgiving week when certain issues arose and we needed to satisfy the customer for the holidays.
All were appreciative of their help and welcome on the dock any time.
