Explanation:

Isaac and I are pleased to announce that Reinaldo Ferufino and Carlos Pacheco have been selected as team of the week for the New Hampshire market.

They provided FGO with accurate PODs in a timely fashion and with neat pictures sent via text message.
They do a thorough job in everything asked of them; perfectly wrapping the furniture to ensure product is not damaged, making sure their totes are full, appearing professional each morning, cooperating with us when issues arise, completing their log book, and fulfilling RH standards with the customer at the delivery point.
Saturday morning they adjusted to a drastic routing error made by EMM and communicated with the customers that their windows would be 1-3 hours earlier than they were originally promised. Despite these circumstances they still had a 100% completion rate.
Friday afternoon they waited at a stop from 3:00 – 3:50 for the customer to arrive home and sign for their delivery.
Lastly they did a huge favor for HDL manager Jonathan Berry on Friday afternoon. When they finished their route (around 4:45 that afternoon), they drove from Brookline in rush hour traffic to the RH gallery in downtown Boston. This provided next day service to a customer in Massachusetts that needed a chair on Saturday.
