It is with great pleasure that I am awarding the team of the week award for Market 67 to Jorge Panchamane and Samuel Gomez. Jorge and Sam were the very definition of customer service last week. Their numbers were great. In 4 days (with only 2 trucks, I still do not know how they fit the second load onto their vehicle), they delivered 20 stops and 77 pieces of furniture. Only 2 pieces were not delivered, they did not fit into the client's home. Their completion percentage for stops was 95%, and for pieces 97.4%.
They had 2 really difficult stops to perform. One was a not at home in an area where there was no cell phone reception. When they were about 90 miles away the client called and they agreed to go back and deliver the client's furniture. The second stop involved a very demanding client in Stowe, VT. The delivery team had 20 pieces to deliver there and 3 bunk beds to assemble. Despite the fact that it took over 3 hours to complete the designer on site could not say enough good things about their can-do attitude.
Restoration Hardware and FGO are both very thankful for a job well done last week!
