EXPLANATION:

Congratulations to Reinaldo and Carlos for being named team of the week for the 3rd time in 4 weeks!!!!!!

They provided FGO with accurate PODs in a timely fashion and with neat pictures sent via text message.
They took care of a surprise pickup in Boston, MA on Saturday the 12th, to the point where they called customer service and got the proper HDL for FGO.
They completed 100% of their stops for the week.
Lastly they did a huge favor for HDL manager Jonathan Berry on Saturday afternoon!!!! When they finished their route they came back to the warehouse (even though they had to drive home to New Jersey that night) and picked up a table to bring to a highly escalated customer. This customer's table legs had been broken by our competition the prior day and the replacement arrived here in Dedham at 11 am. RH management (J. Berry & M. Whalen) requested that FGO take care of this. This shined a bright light on FGO's commitment to going above and beyond to satisfy the customer.
