Our TOW Program (Team Of the Week) has proven to be, not only a time of recognition and spoilers for those that do a good job. But at accounts like ERI, it has been a motivational tool for other peers to step up and challenge each other in a positive/ friendly environment. This week (like other weeks before) has been difficult to just choose one team. However, the level of details is what makes one surpass the other. Robert and Anthony have developed a level of communication and team atmosphere. That carries on to the rest of us. They never say "NO" and always put themselves in a position to succeed, as well as help others. It brings me joy to announce them as FGO Logistics TOW.
