Challenging and pushing each other to provide a better "Quality" of service! This specific team, continues to find ways to make their job easier, better and more efficient. Not only through the eyes of our client & carrier. But amongst the other teams. For the first time a team has earned TOW 2 weeks in a row. And I am proud of the outcome.
