EXPLANATION:

Isaac and I are pleased to announce that Reinaldo Ferufino and Carlos Pacheco have been selected as team of the week for the Boston market.

They provided Isaac and me with PODs in a timely manner.
They do a thorough job in everything that is asked of them; perfectly wrapping the furniture to ensure the product is not damaged, making sure their totes are full, appearing professional each morning, cooperating with us when issues arise, completing their log book, and fulfilling RH standards with the customer at the delivery point.
Lastly (and most importantly) they saved the day on Friday afternoon. When they finished their route (around 3:30 that afternoon), they drove west two hours to get Franklin Delgado out of a soft driveway by pushing him out of the gravel he was stuck in. This provided same day service to 3 RH customers that otherwise would have had to be re-scheduled.
