Team FGO celebrating together recently. Incredible way to spend some time outside of work recognizing those folks that are integral to our company’s success in 2016. The most profound statement coming out of this year’s get together was that we have had Zero turnover from a management perspective for an entire year. Credit to everyone on our team aligning with our goals and vision. Not many companies can make that claim.

Ashley FDE Quarterly Awards Celebration
On Saturday November 19th the Ashley FDE team celebrated their successes over the previous quarter. FGO as the preferred carrier of Factory Direct was happy to attend and be part of the breakfast gathering. As part of the celebration awards were given to the top 5 delivery team partners. FGO was well represented having 4 of the top 5 highest scoring teams throughout the previous 3 months.
Osmar Texucano & Leonardo Nieves 1st place with a 99.7 piece completion score while delivering over 3400 pieces
Christian Paredes & Lenin Pauta 2nd place with a 99.1 piece completion score while delivering over 3000 pieces
Franklin Salgado & Carlos Baldemer 3rd place with a 98.7 piece completion score while delivering almost 3000 pieces
Felipe Turcios & Gustavo Moreira 5th place with a 97.9 piece completion score whie delivering 3200 pieces.

Success at the Ashley North Brunswick location
To celebrate our success at the Ashley North Brunswick location everyone was invited to a luncheon recently. Pictured are the delivery teams, local management, and well as members of the FGO executive team. Several awards were handed out to the best performers as well as the Ashley Choice award chosen by members of the clients management team.
A great time was had by all. We look forward to a future celebration once we eclipse the new standard next quarter.
The 2016 FGO Logistics Soccer Tournament was a great success!
For this year’s Contractor Appreciation Day our contractors chose to play a number of friendly soccer games. 10 teams participated and played for prizes. It was a fun day with great sportsmanship and team work. These same qualities set the FGO delivery teams apart from their competition in the day-to-day work as well.
FGO Logistics, the management team, the employees, and the founders Fernando Garcia and Viviana Cadme, would like to thank our customers, partners, contractors and their families as well as all the other people who helped to make the 2016 Contractor Appreciation Day such a success.
